Surface Cleaning……….....$0.04 per sq. ft.

Include dusting, sanitizing & disinfecting of countertops, handles, fixtures, window sills, and furniture, light spot removal, vacuum. Sweep, mop, trash removal for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and hallways. No additional services. 

Deep Cleaning………………$0.15 per sq. ft.

Includes dusting, sanitizing & disinfecting of countertops, handles, fixtures. Window sills, furniture, base boards, ceiling corners & creases, doors, vents, walls, cabinets, spot removal, vacuuming, couches, carpeted areas, mattresses, sweep, mop, trash removal, for all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and hallways. No additional services.

Decluttering and Organization………$250  per day

Minimum 2 day services. Throwing away unwanted items and organizing a room 

Recurring Services …(starting at bed/1 ba) $100

Monthly prices vary according to size of home. Increase $25 per hour. Additional Services not included

Turn Around Service………….$0.12 per sq. ft.

No additional services.

Terms and conditions are effective as of 02/01/2023

These terms are agreed upon and in full effect once deposit is satisfied (residential requirement) or contract agreement (commercial, governmental, or construction) is signed. 


BeeHive Services, LLC provides quality, professional janitorial Services to residential, commercial, and/ or construction clients by:

    -Being certified and recognized by every city, state, and federally registered in each location requested

    -Being licensed,  insured, and bonded 

    -Training staff under federal guidelines to perform professionally and  thorough cleaning  to establish the cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection standards set aside by OSHA and CDC.  Organization process and standards are created by the company.

    -Provide a trained cleaning personnel at the requested time of client with cleaning supplies and equipment needed including gloves, masks, vacuums, etc.


To provide you with the best experience, Please...

   -Make home accessible. Providing a key, code, or property manager should be available be the best options but not an requirement.  If personnel can not access home in a timely manner, it will incur in additional fee.  (See cancellation or lockout policy)

   -Turn off alarms and inform necessary persons of cleaning crew.  We will not be held responsible for false alarms.  Crews should not be confronted or harassed (verbally, physically, or sexually)  by police, family members, household guest or neighbors or at the threats of such parties while performing their requested services.  

We are a diverse company.  We do not discriminate due for any reasons whether race, gender, or religion.  Although for the safety of our employees, we do not service locations for our employees protection.

   -We are responsible for cleaning locked cabinets. hutches, wash dishes, clean computers, equipment, antiques, collections, or clients equipment at their requests, the customer agrees not to hold BeeHIve Services, LLC or employees responsible for the damages or damages to any article or component.

   -We will make efforts not to break, damage or discard items, but accidents do happen.  We do have limited liability protection for replacement or repair.  Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed.  We do avoid cleaning valuable sentimental items.  Damages must be reported in 24 hours or after 10 days customers assume liability.

   -BeeHive Services, LLC is not responsible for damages due to faulty or improper installation, maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.


Deposits, payments, Rescheduling, cancellation, and lockout policy.

   -BeeHive Services, LLC accepts all form of payments except cryptocurrency at this time. through cash, check, credit card, debit card, electronic processing. Payment ae to be collected at the end of services unless payment plans have been requested or established.

   -Residential services requests are asked for a nonrefundable deposit to be paid before services.  This payment is separate not in addition to services requested.  Deposit amount depends on the services requested,  (Only exemptions for deposits are medical assistance care and gift cards)

   Cancellations 

   -Our cleaning hours are 24 hours a day.  BeeHive Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse all services but will request a cancellation fee.

If our crews are unable to provide serves due to unsafe or hazardous conditions such as harassment, mold, asbestos, bad structure, etc, there will be a charge of services 100%.

*must be done 24 hours before scheduled services to avoid full day service charge. Cancellation and lockout charge is 50% of the cost of services. 

Rescheduling 

In the event needed to reschedule, BeeHive Services, LLC requests that one reschedule at the time of cancellation.  Another deposit will be requested to schedule again after that .

Rescheduling fee may be waived once for recurring clients.


Refund

 Our services are based on Osha Blood Borne, HazMat, CDC recommendations, and EPA requirements.  If those standards have been violated,  a full refund may be given.  If any issues, please contact us within 24 hours for confrontation or correction of any issues.   If not, no refund is available. 

BeeHive Services, LLC does not clean mold, mildew, asbestos, or perform any other restore services.  If during a services, health hazards are found in your home.  The client will be made aware of it and all services will cease immediately and 100% of payment will still be requested.

Damages done to residential property are covered under homeowners insurance.  Damages would be recovered if services equal to or greater than $10,ooo.

Damages due to construction may vary depending on services rendered.  Refer to contract.  We advise all patrons to lock up personal valuables for their safety as well as ours.
